These terms cover the use of the bwgrowthsystems.com website. They are not a client agreement — work for a client is governed by a separate written service agreement.
Using this website
By using this site you accept these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy at bwgrowthsystems.com/privacy, which also applies to your use of the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This website is informational
Everything here describes what BW Growth Systems does and is provided for general information. It is not advice for your particular situation, and it is not an offer that can be accepted by booking a call or sending an email.
Inquiries, diagnostics and demos
Booking a Pipeline Leak Diagnostic, emailing us, or messaging us does not create a client relationship and commits neither of us to anything. A client relationship begins only when both parties have signed a written service agreement.
The live demonstration
The linked demo is an interactive, fictional simulation. The company in it is invented and the estimate and outcomes shown are simulated. It is not a client result and does not represent a result achieved for anyone.
Pricing shown here
Any prices or founding-client terms on this site are general and may change. The price and scope that apply to a client are those in the signed service agreement.
Client work is governed separately
When someone becomes a client, the signed service agreement governs the work, including scope, fees, data handling, approvals, cancellation and ownership. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.
What we do not guarantee
BW Growth Systems does not guarantee replies, appointments, recovered jobs, revenue, recovery rates or any other business outcome. Any break-even or pipeline figures we show are calculations from the numbers you give us, not forecasts. We also cannot guarantee that this site, or the third-party services it depends on, will be available without interruption or free of errors.
Our website and its contents
BW Growth Systems owns or licenses the content, branding, design elements and other materials used on this site, except where third-party ownership is indicated (for example platform code, fonts and libraries licensed from their vendors). You may view and share the site; please do not copy its content wholesale, resell it, or present it as your own. Third-party names (for example CRM products) are the trademarks of their owners; we do not claim native integrations or endorsement.
Third-party services and links
This site relies on third-party services to operate and links to sites we do not control, such as the Google Calendar booking page. Some BW experiences are hosted on third-party infrastructure, including the Vercel-hosted demonstration: BW controls the demo content, while the hosting platform is operated by Vercel. We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of services we do not run, and a link is not an endorsement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, probe or disrupt this site or the services behind it, submit automated or deliberately false information, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Disclaimer, limits and governing law
This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BW Growth Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law. These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
