Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 7, 2026
This policy explains what BW Growth Systems ("BW," "we") collects, why, and who else it passes through. It covers bwgrowthsystems.com, the BW-operated live demonstration at bwgs-estimate-recovery-demo.vercel.app, and the information prospects and clients send us in the course of doing business. The demonstration uses fictional business and customer data; no real customer records are entered into it, but its hosting provider (Vercel) may still process ordinary technical request and device information such as network address, browser and pages requested.
BW Growth Systems is operated by Blake Vachon, an individual doing business as BW Growth Systems, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you email us, book a call through the booking link, or message us on a social platform (Facebook or Instagram, operated by Meta Platforms), we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your company name, and whatever you write. The booking link is provided by Google Calendar and is subject to Google's terms and privacy policy; messages sent on Meta platforms are also subject to Meta's terms.
Business prospect information. BW contacts contractors it believes may benefit from its service. For that outreach we may obtain professional and business contact information — a company's name, website, business address and phone, and the name, role and business email of its owner or sales lead — from public business websites, business directories and other legitimate public or business sources. We use it for BW business development and outreach only, and we keep those records in our customer-relationship-management system (HubSpot). If you ask us not to contact you, we stop, and we may keep a minimal suppression record (name, company, contact detail) solely to make sure we do not contact you again. We do not claim you supplied this information yourself.
When you become a client. To run the follow-up service we receive business information about your company and the people who work with us (names, roles, emails, phone numbers), the numbers you give us for the break-even calculation (estimate volume, average job value, close rate), and the estimate records you choose to share with us (see "Client-supplied customer data" below).
When you pay us. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe's pages and go to Stripe, not to us; we see the name, email, business name, amount and status of the transaction and a card's last four digits. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Recorded automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical information in server logs as part of delivering the site (network address, browser, pages requested). This is ordinary infrastructure logging.
Analytics on this site
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and understand how the site is used. It may collect pages viewed, approximate location derived from your network address, device and browser details, referral source, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Google does not give us your name or identity through it. Google Analytics loads only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; you can decline it there, and you can also limit cookies through your browser settings or Google's analytics opt-out tools.
Our hosting platform, Framer, also records basic aggregate site analytics as part of hosting.
Depending on the service and context, these companies may process information as service providers/processors to BW or as independent controllers under their own privacy terms (Google: policies.google.com/privacy; Framer: framer.com/legal/privacy-statement).
Client-supplied customer data
Clients share records about their own customers (homeowners who received an estimate): typically name, contact details, address, estimate date and amount, assigned rep, status and notes. BW processes client-supplied customer data only for the contracted service and the client's documented instructions, subject to applicable law, and only with messaging the client has approved. The client is responsible for having lawful permission to share it and to have those customers contacted. Wherever practical the data stays inside the client's own CRM, email or tools; where we keep a working tracker, access is limited to named people at BW and the client. When a homeowner asks to stop being contacted, that request is honored and recorded. On offboarding we return the client's data and delete or return BW's operational copies promptly, subject to documented retention requirements and normal backup cycles, keeping a record of stop/opt-out requests so we can continue to honor them.
Why we use information
To respond to your inquiry, to prepare a diagnostic or proposal you asked for, to deliver the service to clients, to bill and keep business records, to operate, secure and improve the site and service, and to communicate with you about your request or engagement.
Who else it passes through
Information you send us is stored and processed by the services we depend on to operate: Framer (website hosting and site analytics), Vercel (hosting for the BW-operated demonstration), Google (Workspace/Gmail, Calendar booking, Analytics, Search Console), HubSpot (customer-relationship-management system for prospect and client contact records), Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram business pages and messaging), Stripe (payments and invoicing), and, for client work, the client's own CRM, email or messaging tools where we operate under the client's account. Depending on the service and context, these companies may act as service providers/processors to BW or as independent controllers under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to the service providers and other parties described in this policy for the purposes described here.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and client records are kept for as long as they are useful for running the business and no longer than we have a reason to; client-supplied customer data is handled on offboarding as described above. You may request deletion of your information, subject to legal, accounting, security and fraud-prevention, backup, and suppression-list (opt-out) retention needs.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email blake@bwgrowthsystems.com and we will handle it. A person contacted on a client's behalf may reply with an opt-out request, such as "stop" or "unsubscribe," or contact the contractor or BW, and the request will be honored.
Security
We take reasonable care with what you send us: access is limited to the people who need it, credentials are kept out of the website itself, and BW does not receive or store full card numbers or bank-account credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. We hold no security certifications.
Children
This site and service are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and change the effective date above.
